Terry L. Thomas has practiced high-technology law for over a decade.
In that capacity he has advised numerous clients, from large multi-national companies such as Intuit Inc., Yahoo! Inc., Sega.com, Inc., and Namco Networks America Inc., to intermediate-sized public and private companies such as Natural Wonders, Inc., QCS.net Corporation, and onQ Technology Inc., to small businesses and startups such as The Shattuck Group and eHotel Inc. His experience includes software, internet, and intellectual property licensing; strategic partnering; and mobile content distribution.
Prior to his role as an outside advisor on legal and business issues, Terry served as General Corporate Counsel for Liquid Audio, Inc., a pioneering online digital music company and worked in large law firms, including the Silicon Valley office of Baker & McKenzie LLP, at the time the world’s largest.
Terry attended law school at Stanford.
