Nathan specializes in corporate, real property, land use, and business law.
Nathan has represented investors, developers, and builders in real estate transactions and entitlement matters; landlords and tenants in commercial leasing; and entrepreneurs in business start-ups and transactions. He served as associate general counsel to a Fortune 200 real estate developer and as general counsel for a small private equity real estate investment company.
Nathan also has experience working with community associations in all aspects of their operations including ensuring corporate and statutory compliance applicable to common interest developments, interpreting and analyzing governing documents, and performing title review, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and litigation.
Nathan received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California San Diego. Nathan is also a licensed real estate broker.
